Do you have any cites for aff cards that say "launches now, risk of link is zero"?

That would be REALLY helpful for my partner and I, thanks!

This one about China was also useful I felt. It's a good indicator of growing Chinese tensions in the high seas, and the comments about growing Chinese nationalism were nice too:

for instance in my last tournament, our DA was saying heg was bad, we actually used a aff card, and when they went up for there 2AC they read the same card. So evidently we got them to agree with our impact, thus ending the entire world in nuclear warfare. Oh i love saying that.

Being a switch sides, this DA is easy to use or revoke both ways. I urge the aff to try and use cards from it to better your point, once you use neg's cards on your side you are far closer to winning.

I think the immigration topic is much more relevant to issues going on now, plus because it is so similar to last years college topic it starts everyone off a little further into the year having some knowledge about what affs are going to be run.

Although, the infrastructure one isn't bad either, the only negative thing I can think of is how broad it is, but that isn't always bad.

I couldn't agree more. Policy debate, with its steep learning curve, is already intimidating, but having these kinds of judges only discourages participation in debate. New judges should try to remember when they themselves were novice debaters--what kind of RFD/feedback would they want to hear?
